How do I extinguish the flame on my wood wick candle?

Make sure that the top surface of the wax melts all the way to the edge of the candle before extinguishing the flame. This may take between 60-80 minutes after lighting.

Pouring or removing liquid wax from the vessel may cause the wick to extinguish and affect the full performance quality of the candle.

If your candle flame grows to over 1 inch high or the candle begins to smoke, then carefully extinguish the candle, allow the wick and wax to cool, and trim the wick to 1/4 inch. Remove and discard all wick trimming before relighting the candle.

Why choose wood wicks? What makes wood wicks so unique?

Wooden wicks don't "mushroom" they are made from trees. They provide minimal carbon, soot, and debris build up. Just trim off any charred wood from previous burn, and your flame will shine clean and bright.

What is the refund policy?

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
